For so long I struggled in silence and alone. I worked years in healthcare giving to everyone else and found myself unable to sleep or rest, just being thankful I survived each day.

I felt completely overwhelmed, exhausted and not sure what to do. The solution did not involve sitting for hours in silence while your thoughts screamed at you, jumping from one thing to another and wasting yoru precious time feeling more frustrated and confused then ever.
