I wasn’t always this calm and centered, I went from feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and disconnected to finding peace, clarity, and purpose through meditation.
My journey taught me that true change comes from within, and I’m here to show you how to tap into that potential for yourself.

I meditate but also love trash reality TV. A little mindfulness, a little mess, balance, right? I also follow an anti-inflammatory diet which I have seen huge benefits to my overall health, however I still enjoy cheat meals! Which includes good wine + good food.
MAMA IN THE MOMENT
Mom life is my greatest teacher in patience, presence, and unconditional love. Being a mom keeps me humble, curious, and laughing daily.

I believe that you don’t have to choose between calm and success, rest and ambition, or being deeply well and fully alive. You can have both, because they’re meant to coexist.
Meditation and mindfulness are actually incredibly simple and does not need to be complicated.
You don't need to meditate for hours to feel better, or see a difference in your life. You can add 10 minutes of meditation into your day and notice huge changes.
Meditation and mindfulness aren’t about becoming someone new; they’re about remembering who you are and who you were always meant to be. It helps you release the fears, patterns, and conditioning.
When your nervous system is calm, your energy aligned, and your actions rooted in purpose, you naturally attract what’s meant for you.
Peace becomes your power. Presence becomes your magnetism. And the universe? It guides you, loves you and supports you all of the time, just waiting for the moment you're ready to see it, trust it and love it back.

Hi, I'm Christina. For years, I did everything “right.”
I built a career in healthcare, cared deeply for others, and filled every moment of my life with doing. From the outside, it looked like I had it all together, but inside, I was exhausted, anxious, and completely disconnected from myself.
My mind was constantly racing. I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t slow down, and couldn’t stop the spiral of stress and overthinking that had quietly become my normal. I was running on empty, pouring into everyone else and leaving nothing for me.
Then, in 2017, I discovered meditation. At first, it was just five quiet minutes a day. But those five minutes changed everything.
It gave me something I didn’t even realize I was searching for.

During a yoga class, lying in savasana, I felt myself rise out of my body. From the ceiling, I could see my physical body below, the teacher’s voice still echoing softly in the background.
In that moment, I felt an overwhelming wave of joy, bliss, and unconditional love, unlike anything I’d ever experienced before. In this moment I truly met my soul for the very first time.
That moment awakened something deep within me. I knew life would never be the same.
I received a deep sense of clarity. A sense of coming home. And knew in this moment this was my purpose.
Over time, meditation became my anchor, helping me heal years of anxiety, stress, burnout, and self-abandonment. Years of being stuck in the same unhealthy patterns, frozen to change or move forward. All of these struggles had a deep hold on me over time, but with meditation, the symptoms vanished naturally and I naturally was drawn to more and more positive patterns.

I found peace where there used to be chaos, confidence where there used to be doubt, and alignment where there used to be striving.
That transformation lit a fire in me to share what I’d learned, because I knew I wasn’t the only woman trying to hold it all together while quietly falling apart inside.
I became a certified meditation teacher and began blending mindfulness, energy healing, and manifestation work to help others do what I had done; calm my nervous system, reconnect with my truth, and build a life that actually feels good.
Now, through my courses, events, and community, I help women break free from the stress cycle, come home to themselves, and rediscover peace and freedom from within.
Because your outer world will always mirror your inner one, and when you heal from the inside, everything changes.


Christina is a meditation, mindful and manifestation mentor that helps overwhelmed women break free from stress or anxiety through simple meditation practices so that they can be present with the people they love, have energy for what matters and actually enjoy their life.
